Building is Back! Over the past several years, The Greenbrier Sporting Club, the luxury residential community at The Greenbrier, has seen a steady rise in construction. The Sporting Club now has 11 homes currently under construction and another 5 under consideration by the Architectural Review Board (ARB). Rob Vass, Principal of REV III, LLC, a local construction management and building firm that has over a decade of experience building at the resort, and oversaw the construction of the custom home, says his company finds these kinds of jobs exhilarating.

The second home, Summit #19 (property #: GSV 19), is slated to be finished in the coming weeks and features stellar views to the northwest, where heirloom farms and countryside stretch across the wide Greenbrier Valley. Summit #19 also represents the best in vernacular architecture, with exposed, reclaimed Douglas fir timber beams and a dark brown, standing seam Galv-Alum™ roof.
