The Greenbrier Sporting Club was recently featured in LINKS Magazine, highlighting our release of three new golf course neighborhoods.
Three new golf course neighborhoods have opened at The Greenbrier Sporting Club, giving homeowners an opportunity to live on two newly restored courses that are among the best in the world.
The Willows, located along the Nos. 15, 16, and 17 fairways of the Old White TPC course – which annually hosts The Greenbrier Classic, the annual PGA TOUR FedExCup stop in West Virginia – offers spectacular fairway and mountain vistas. Sixteen total sites ranging in size from 0.37 acres to 0.66 acres will make up this neighborhood, which provides easy access to The Greenbrier Golf Club, the outdoor pool, and the tennis and fitness center at The Greenbrier.
Shawnee Corner will offer three new homesites along the third fairway of the Meadows course, which recently underwent a redesign and restoration process and features signature pot bunkers. These new sites offer golf course and mountain views with a central location that makes access to both The Greenbrier Sporting Club and The Greenbrier simple.
The final new neighborhood, Ashford, is located within The Greenbrier Sporting Club’s main gated entry. The seven homesites will be built along a new 9-hole par-3 course, which is currently under construction. Convenient to The Greenbrier Sporting Club Members’ Lodge, these sites offer breathtaking golf and mountain views.
Along with these three spectacular new neighborhoods, The Greenbrier Sporting Club is also offering two new homesites as part of the popular Lodge Cottage neighborhood along Howard’s Creek.
If you haven’t yet toured the revised Meadow’s course or the new homesite areas, we encourage you to do so as soon as possible. Please call us to arrange a tour, toll-free, at 888-741-8989, or e-mail us at home@greenbrierliving.com.
