We welcome the opportunity to serve you!

Our real estate team takes great pride in being the community’s experts when it comes to selling or buying homes and homesites at The Greenbrier Sporting Club. Our knowledge of the amenities, neighborhoods, development history, resale history, club structure, property owner’s association, by-laws, and the construction process has made the difference in the success of more than 1,500 families we’ve helped sell or purchase property at the resort.

For those families interested in selling, our daily presence on property and in the resort, where hundreds of thousands of potential buyers pass our office and interactive real estate kiosks annually, we can guarantee maximum exposure of your property to buyers and the ability to show your home or homesite on a moment’s notice. With full access to the resort and club amenities, we can also ensure potential buyers experience the lifestyle firsthand. This approach not only helps in selling homes but also in conveying the overall living experience offered by the community.

Our firm sincerely appreciates the opportunity to work with you, and we look forward to helping you with all of your real estate needs!

With over 100 years of combined experience in luxury real estate (over half of that at The Greenbrier Sporting Club), our sales team members are the experts on The GSC community and real estate.
